Conditions of participation


1. The participant may be provided with the following ones:

1.1. Equipped exhibition area.

Minimal area of a stand is 6 sq.m. (OCTANORM equipment).
Equipped booth includes:

wall panels (depending on the type of booth),
1 table,
2 chairs,
a socket 220V,
a light,
a carpet (color for choice),
a frieze, an inscription on the booth (15 symbols, you can choose color of the title)
a rack,
a waste basket.

Attention! Booth cleaning is not included in space cost.
Additional equipment and services should be ordered and paid according to the price-list.

1.2. Non-equipped area.

The area is intended for showing of equipment or it may be used for individual building.

1.3. Participation by correspondence.

Participants should provide the Organizer with their advertising materials till February 1, 2016. The materials will be promoted during business hours of the exhibition from stand of organizing committee. The logo and the text information about the participants will be placed in an official catalog of the exhibition.

Exhibition area including additional equipment and services are given for the period of assembling, working and dismantling of the exhibition only after invoice’s prepayment presented by Organizer.

2. Cost of participation.

The total cost of participation in the exhibition includes the cost of the exhibition area, registration fee* and cost of additional equipment and services.

Registration fee* is an obligatory payment. The registration fee is paid by the Participant irrespective of the number of present persons. The registration fee includes the expenses for advertising campaign, on organizing and performing the exhibition, on making the Catalogue, on fabrication of badges, on organizational expenses.

3. Exhibition catalogue.

Printed catalogue which includes short information about participants is available for promotion beginning from the opening of the exhibition. The official exhibition catalogue is made in a Ukrainian and English languages on the basis of the information on the enterprise, the exhibition received from Participants not later on February 1, 2016.

4. Распорядок работы выставки

The assembling of the exhibition: March 27 – 9.00 a.m-10.00 p.m.
Opening of the exhibition: March 28 – 11.00 a.m.
Working hours of the exhibition: March 28 – 29 – 9.00 a.m.-6.00 p.m., March 30 – 9.00 a.m.-4.00 p.m.
Dismantling of the exhibition: March 30 – 4.00 p.m.-10.00 p.m.

5. Internet

ATTENTION, PLEASE! Internet connection (Wi-Fi – wireless Internet and cable Internet connection) during the exhibition is fee-based. Exhibitors are strongly requested to order service in advance whereas it is necessary to do some preliminary works in order to connect your stand.
